• All fees are outlined in project proposals/invoices.
• Payments must be made according to agreed schedules.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project details, content, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all materials provided (text, images, logos, etc.) are legally owned or licensed.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables (unless otherwise stated).
• Muuv Consulting retains rights to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Cameroon.
